    Builder Qualifications

    5+ years in business or 12 Ground Up Residential Constructions in the last 3 years.

    Clean references.

    Active license on the Secretary of State website (if applicable).

    Average of at least 3+ homes built/year.

    FICO 680+ or Clean Clear Report.

    Lot Documentation

    • • Executed contract

    • • Lot payoff & Settlement Statement
    • • Warranty Deed (if already owned)

    Partner Guidelines

    Build Time

    12 Months

    Modification must be completed within 12 months.

    Interest & Draws

    Construction interest is due monthly based on funds advanced. Statements are emailed on the 1st of every month. Payments can be made online.
